If the decorator reaches the place and entry is denied to him, then it will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund will be given in this case.

Cancellation Policy:

• No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentines Special Packages.Rescheduling allowed to be informed 24 hrs prior for 14th FebIf a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery, a 50 percent refund will be issued.If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued
